Why does something have to be good or favored
To be considered a miracle
God does mighty things every single second of every single day
I pray today that I can be selfless enough to see these miracles in their true form
And not only credit blessings that are favorable to myself or others
But to see blessings in disguise,
And to be able to see the long run around short cuts
Short cuts that may shorten my reliance on God for every situation he puts me through
I pray that I always remember that if he puts me to it, he will get me through it
God doesn’t take away, he gives.
If we ever think he is taking, it’s just his way of giving.
Our God doesn’t see what we see; I pray to be able to see what he sees, and want what it is that he wants.
